Record Your Art to Immerse
Your studio is full of immersive moments that would attract the right people into your work by sparking curiosity, but you walk past them every day. On September 30th, we'll name five immersive moments in your studio to record, and work together to write your own shot list before we hang up.
EARLY BIRD $77 • GOES TO $99 ON SEPT 21st

During the workshop, you will:
Learn what immersive art footage actually does for someone new to your work, and why the sound of the brush beats the finished piece under perfect lighting
Find out why timelapse-only recording undervalues the time, care, and skill in your work (and what to record instead to show time pass)
Walk through our five immersive shots, one at a time, each with a real example so you can recognize the moment when it's in front of you in your own art practice
Have time to rite your own version of each shot, for your studio and your medium
Pick the next moment you'll record so you'll actually do it, and learn the one physical habit that changes immerse footage right away: get the phone in there
You'll leave with:
Your five-shot immerse list, written for your studio, sorted under our three immerse art video formats
Our "immerse" definition, so you can tell at a glance whether a moment you record belongs to this intention
Your next moment to record, chosen for whenever it sounds like fun to record next
Replay access, edited into bite-size segments and loaded into our learning platform here

What's this 4-Part Workshop Series about?
Record Your Art to Immerse is the second in a series of four workshops to reach for when you want to attract new people to your artwork. Join us for all four Record Your Art workshops with the Series Pass for $299 USD:
Workshop 1: Record Your Art with Purpose (July 2026; instant-access incl. with series pass). Record it with intention and it becomes the ingredients you'll edit into art videos later that actually serve your art business.
Workshop 2: Record Your Art to Immerse (this one) on Sept 30th. Attract the right people by sparking curiosity. Pull the viewer into your world, the texture of your studio, the rhythm of your hands, the sound of the work being made. The art leads, no explanation needed.
Workshop 3: Record Your Art to Connect (Oct 2026). Cultivate the relationship with your people. Let the viewer in on something, why you make what you make, what a piece is really about, so it goes deeper than the work itself.
Workshop 4: Record Your Art to Spotlight (Nov 2026). Invite your people to take the next step. Point them toward something specific, a finished piece, a new collection, a show opening up. Here's this, and it's for you.
BONUS GIFT: You also get full R2R membership access included ($150 value) with your Series Pass through November 2026, at which point you can sign up to continue to keep your momentum going with us.

Meet your art video mentor
Hi! 👋 I'm Zach Wolfson, a filmmaker and your dedicated guide to making art videos feel easy.
For years I've stood in artists' studios with a camera, filming them at work and shaping that footage into their stories. I created Beyond the Gallery, an artist interview series nominated for Best Documentary Series by the International Academy of Web Television, and along the way I've helped hundreds of artists share their work on video.
In all those studios, the shots that pulled a viewer in were the ones that let us feel what it's like to be there. The brush water. The hands. The sounds of making art. The light in the corner of the room. That's the immerse intention that I teach, and it's the one I reach for when I want someone brand new to an artist's work to feel what it's like to be in an artist's space.
I've also spent years bookmarking, sorting, and studying art videos (over 5,000 of them at this point) into more than 20 formats. Three of these formats kept landing under our immerse art video intention. And those three are the "shelf" your five immersive shots sit on.
You won't always have a filmmaker in your studio. So this workshop is how I can lend you my eye, the gentle way. Your art always comes first. The recording is the documentation of the work you're already making. And the immerse footage, it turns out, is some of the smallest moments to record with the biggest impact in what it can do for your memory and marketing.
That's Record Your Art to Immerse. One calm hour together, five shots, your own shot list.
